Terms of Service
Welcome to Cue. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Cue mobile application (“App”) operated by Cue (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By downloading, accessing, or using Cue, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age to use Cue. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old. If you are under 18, you may not create an account or use the App in any capacity.
2. Your Account
To access certain features of Cue, you may need to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep your account information up to date.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Please notify us immediately at support@cue-daily.com if you believe your account has been compromised.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree to use Cue only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:
- Use the App in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the App, its servers, or any connected systems.
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to extract the source code of the App.
- Use automated systems, bots, or scrapers to access or collect data from the App.
- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the App.
4. Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality within Cue, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, and software, are owned by or licensed to us and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Your use of the App does not grant you any ownership rights to any content or materials you access through it.
5. Third-Party Services
Cue may contain links to or integrations with third-party services, websites, or content that are not owned or controlled by us. We are not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party services. Your interactions with third-party services are governed by their own terms and policies.
6. Disclaimers
Cue is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. We disclaim all warranties, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, arising from your use of or inability to use the App.
In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount you have paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or fifty dollars ($50), whichever is greater.
8. Account Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the App at our sole discretion, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.
You may also delete your account at any time through the App or by contacting us at support@cue-daily.com.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Effective Date” at the top of this page. Your continued use of Cue after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.
10. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall be resolved in the courts of competent jurisdiction.
